"Yes, aren't they?" the black she-cat mewed. Nightwing looked over curiously at FlameStripe who seemed to be lost in his own thoughts. The she-cat had always thought it would be interesting to know what others were thinking and certainly more conveniant, but life didn't work like that. Nightwing curiously pondered her idea, deep in thought. Then to get back into conversation, "When do you think we'll get our own apprentices?" she asked FlameStripe, forgetting that their leader was there of course. She knew that FlameStripe was quite a bit older than her, more than 10 moons, but she still couldn't wait to get her own apprentice.

DaisyNose jerked back in surprise, just out of the reach of LunarGalaxy's paws. She stumbled back unsteadily, teetering a moment before falling on her butt. "Hey!" she exclaimed. "Sneak attack. I can...respect that." Then , grinning and without warning, she lept at him with outstretched paws.
BlitzStar purred. "Great catch!" He padded foward, prodding a paw at his apprentice's kill. "Someone's going to stuff themselves tonight."

Lunargalaxy let her leap on him then slipped her off his back as she struggled to get a hold on him, he backed a few tail lengths away, "I thought you might approve."He grinned too and jumped towards her in a counter attack, he landed in front of her then swiped a paw at towards her chest.
Berrypaw smiled happy to be approved of, "Aww now your making me hungry." she said sarcastically. Berrypaw bounded back to the rest of the patrol with her rabbit. She was suprised that no one else had caught anything. She scented the air again and could smell a mouse or two close by. Mice in her opinion were easier to catch as they were not so fast on there feet.

FlameStripe nodded. "Hopefully soon." he meowed, eyes trailing BerryPaw for a moment, then flickering back to NightWing. "I've been waiting for a long time. But, if I'm patient, hopefully I'll get one." he meowed, shaking out his ginger tabby fur.

DaisyNose purred and rolled out of reach of LunarGalaxy, jumping back to her paws in one fluid movement. "Aw, now your just letting me win." she teased.
"We can eat as soon as we get back to camp." BlitzStar meowed thoughtfully, nodding to the rest of the patrol. "Get your tails in gear and see if anyone can out-catch BerryPaw."

Lunargalaxy smiled at her his wide crooked smile, "Maybe... maybe you're just that good." He growled sarcastically then turned to walk back to the camp again but waited for her to join him at his side, his pale blue eyes enthusiastic all of a sudden. He moved at a fairly slow pace he was in no hurry to get back to camp other then to take a nap.
Berrypaw blinked happily at her mentor and enjoyed the challenge he gave to the other older warriors. She sniffed the air for that mouse and stalked towards the brambles it was hiding in, she jumped foward and killed the plump mouse with a swipe of her paw. She ran back with it and put it with her rabbit.

By the time BerryPaw had returned with prey, BlitzStar had crept off in search of prey, sniffing through the bracken. He was a big tom, and it took a lot of stealth for him to move noiselessly.
DaisyNose trotted after LunarGalaxy, flicking her tail. "Now that was what you and BlitzStar need more of. Just dumb, pointless fun." she meowed, grinning triumphantly.

Berrypaw watched her mentor her tail flickering with concentration as she watched her mentor move through the braken in search of prey. She watched closely obviously trying hard to learn all she could so she could please her clan.
Lunargalaxy kept moving through the territory towards the camp silent for a minute as if he had not heard her, the smile started to fade a little, from a grin to a small smile. He looked at her now seeming a bit more serious. "I think that I may be more open to that idea then Blitzstar, he's always focused on what's best for the clan." Lunargalaxy murmurred trying to imagine Blitzstar have pointless fun like they just did... he might but Lunargalxy tried to picture in his head and he failed to do so.

DaisyNose cocked her head. "Yeah, your probably right..." she sighed. "He's going to work himself to death."
BlitzStar disappeared with a sudden, lightning fast quickness behind a bush, with on;y the smallest ruffle of sound. He reappeared with a squirrel dangling frmo his large jaws.
